Sandbags are the perfect addition to your training program and can be used for a variety of purposes. The first is of course strongman training, but many other athletes have been adapting sandbags into their workouts and getting huge benefits due to the fact that they are so hard to manage and are a very awkward load!
They will make you work hard! Savage Sandbags are great for CrossFit, Powerlifting, or even general gym use if the goal is to get strong and challenge yourself!
Made with 2 layers, both from dense 1000D fabric, limiting any sand spillage.
Our Sandbags are made in the traditional worm style, so there are no handles making it even more challenging.
How to fill:
- Insert the inner bag into the outer, and ensure all the zips and velcro straps are out of the way.
- Pour the desired amount of sand into the inner bag.
- Once you have your desired weight, close iner bag, then securely close the outer bag and you're good to go!
We recommend that you choose the sandbag closest to the weight you would like to achieve. You can alter the weight by the amount of sand that you put into the bag.
Note: Sand is not included.
